Return Policy

If you're not happy with your order, or if you've received the wrong order - please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will make it right.  Eligible return items must be in the same condition that it was received, with all original packaging.  Please remember to provide as much customer order information as possible to locate proof of purchase.

Return requests and inquiries can be made through email at: williamswickscandleco@gmail.com or by using the form on this page. If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label and additional shipping instructions based on the nature of the return.  Please note, returned items without prior authorization from the business owner will not be accepted; previously used items cannot be returned.

 

 

Exchanges
Product exchanges will be accepted via the above return policy.  The customer will provide their own return shipping postage/packaging.  Please note, if we are unable to exchange the item due to product availability - alternative solutions will be provided. 
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the requested item(s) are received and inspected; if the refund is authorized, we will submit a notification on the status of your order refund.  Please allow sufficient time for your bank to process the refund to your account.

Shipping Policy

All Williams Wicks orders are shipped Standard via USPS within 2-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, an email notice with the tracking information will be provided; once the tracking information is received, all package delivery time commitment claims should be directed to the USPS.  You may also visit their website for the latest package delivery and service updates..  

Damages
We ask that you please inspect your items immediately after receipt, and let us know within 48 hours of any orders with defects, including damages from the package handler.
