Return Policy
If you're not happy with your order, or if you've received the wrong order - please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will make it right. Eligible return items must be in the same condition that it was received, with all original packaging. Please remember to provide as much customer order information as possible to locate proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label and additional shipping instructions based on the nature of the return. Please note, returned items without prior authorization from the business owner will not be accepted; previously used items cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
All Williams Wicks orders are shipped Standard via USPS within 2-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, an email notice with the tracking information will be provided; once the tracking information is received, all package delivery time commitment claims should be directed to the USPS.
